Melinda Tankard Reist is an author, speaker, media commentator, blogger and advocate for women and girls. She is well
known for her work on the objectification of women and sexualisation of girls and efforts to address violence against women.
She has worked with both coeducational and single sex boys and girls schools, attempting to influence young people and families to reflect on the saturated media culture and ubiquitous access to pornography, in which they exist.
