Event organiser ignores, hides challenges to porn promos
We told you about the gigantic Perth porn billboard flogging OnlyFans subscriptions to kids.
In the middle of our campaign to pull the porn billboard we found out OnlyFans was being promoted to kids at an all ages, family friendly Perth Supercars event.
The vehicle entered by an OnlyFans-sponsored contestant was covered with the porn site's branding. It originally featured QR codes intended to direct viewers and onlookers to the driver's porn account. According to reports the QR codes were ordered to be removed before the start of the event.

Event organiser, Repco Supercars Championship, responded by hiding our Engagement Coordinator Coralie Alison's tweet.

A father posted this pic of his young son posed in front of the porn branded racing car at the Perth event to the driver's Facebook:
The car was rarely spotted during FoxSports and Kayo's live TV coverage. Viewers speculated that this was intentional, in line with the broadcaster's attempts to minimise exposure for the porn platform.
OnlyFans will be promoted to kids again at the Phillip Island SpeedSeries event, May 12-14. The event is sponsored by insurance and car auctions company Shannons. Shannons is part of the Suncorp Network. Victoria State Government is listed as an Event Partner.
The event will air live on Stan Sport, with free to air coverage on 9Gem and 9Go.

*UPDATE: Suncorp has responded after we called on its subsidiary Shannons Insurance to keep its all ages car race at Phillip Island this weekend porn free.
Suncorp said that they 'are not responsible for the operational and regulatory decisions of the sport and participating teams and individual direct sponsors'.
We're not buying it.
Suncorp claims to be committed to the 'empowerment of women and girls at all levels'. Hosting promos for OnlyFans - a porn site known for human trafficking activity and sexual exploitation of women and children violates that commitment.
Suncorp has one day left to demonstrate it cares about empowering women and girls by committing to an event free from porn site promos.
We are also calling on Stan Sport and 9Gem/9Go to keep their broadcast of the event porn free.
