Qld Inquiry into sexually explicit outdoor advertising

Collective Shout has made a submission to the Qld Inquiry into sexually explicit outdoor advertising and participated in the public hearing.

The Committee’s report was tabled in the Legislative Assembly on Friday 31 January 2014.

Recommendations from the Parliamentary Committee include fines for non-compliant advertisers and amendments to the code of ethics to reflect the fact that children form part of the “relevant audience” for outdoor advertising.
