Last week outgoing Senator Guy Barnett, chair of the Senate Legal and Constitutional Affairs References Committee, tabled the report Review of the National Classification Scheme:achieving the right balance. (PDF)

The report was the result of the first major review to be conducted into the scheme since its introduction 15 years ago.
