You can send a message about the importance of corporate social responsibility by ‘voting with your wallet’ and making ethical purchasing choices. Give these stores a miss this holiday season.

These companies do not respect women, they have not changed their ways, and they don't deserve your money.

CHILDHOOD innocence is being swamped by a tidal wave of pornographic imagery, with NSW’s First Lady Kerryn Baird fearing we have “lost the argument” over sexually explicit material.

The mother of three teenage children, and wife of Premier Mike Baird, said explicit imagery was assailing youngsters everywhere, from shopping centres to music videos and even via their devices.

McDonald's are pushing soft porn to kids by screening hyper-sexualised content on their in-store TV screens throughout restaurants across Australia.
Our petition for McDonald's to implement a national policy regarding family friendly content has gained thousands of signatures.
Over the course of the campaign we have had comments from selected individuals excusing McDonald's behaviour and showing a true lack of understanding of the problem. We have addressed those arguments below.Read more
A NSW father has spoken out against the hyper sexualised music videos displayed in McDonald's restaurants across the country. He was with his six and eight year old children when they were exposed to sexualised content via the in-store TV screen.

Okay I will admit it, I was once an employee at the world's biggest restaurant chain, McDonald's. I was just about to turn 15. It was my first job. When I was hired on the spot and toured around the back of the restaurant I was in awe. This week our petition calling on McDonald's to ditch the soft porn gained media attention, forcing them to respond. After being contacted by a journalist a McDonald's spokesperson said each fast food restaurant selected its own entertainment content and apologised to families who were exposed to the video.

It's that time of year again. The time of year when companies ramp up their advertising in order to compete for your Christmas dollar. There is nowhere you can go without companies placing their product and logo in your face.
Now is the time to recall which companies used sexploitation to sell and promote their products over this past year. You can make a difference by voting with your dollar against sexploitation this holiday season.
