Tyler the Creator denied entry to UK

As reported by The Guardian:

guardianlogo.jpgThe US rapper Tyler, the Creator says he has been banned from the UK because of the nature of his lyrics. The Odd Future co-founder recently cancelled four dates in the UK and Ireland, including an appearance at Reading/Leeds and tweeted that it was because the authorities were unhappy with his subject matter. Click here to read more.

Collective Shout had appealed to Australian Immigration Minister Peter Dutton to deny Tyler a visa on the basis that "the content of the product he sells propagates discriminatory ideas about women and other groups, and represents a danger to a segment of the Australian community on the potential basis of incitement to acts of hatred." 

It wasn't only the misogynistic lyrical content of his songs, but his history of inciting violence towards women who challenge him, including Collective Shout activists.
