Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise has cancelled the booking of OnlyFans porn star Kay Manuel who planned to film porn content using the bodies of ‘barely legal’ Australian schoolboys. Parent company Accor pulled the booking shortly after we brought it to their attention.
OnlyFans porn performer Kay Manuel had advertised on X: “Can’t wait to treat all the schoolies to a fun time”. Soul Peppers Hotel, Surfers Paradise, was named as the venue for meeting and filming teen male school leavers celebrating Schoolies. The meet-ups and filming were to take place November 21 and 27.
We asked Peppers Soul management on LinkedIn if they were aware that Manuel was on the Gold Coast to lure young males attending Schoolies into sex to create content to sell on their platform using Peppers premises and if this was acceptable. We also pointed out that searches for ‘Gold Coast schoolies’ were trending on porn sites.
A representative of the company responded privately through LinkedIn, which led to a conversation with our Movement Director Melinda Tankard Reist. She thanked us for bringing the matter to their attention.
In a statement provided to us, a spokesperson for Peppers Soul said:
“We have no association with the individual, and their booking has been cancelled. We do not condone any inappropriate use of our hotel. The safety and security of our guests and team members is our highest priority, and we have implemented heightened security measures over Schoolies Week”.
We commend Accor for its swift action and demonstration of Corporate Social Responsibility.
Thanks to all supporters who contacted Peppers Soul/Accor to achieve this great result!
