Ad Standards Board upholds complaints against Honey Birdette bound and gagged Santa ads

The Advertising Standards Board has determined that Honey Birdette's Christmas themed advertising - featuring a bound and gagged Santa Claus in shop front windows - is in breach of the advertising industry code of ethics.
