Girls Off The Streets walk

Girls Off The Streets walk

SIM Australia is an organisation dedicated to ensuring aid is delivered to those who need it, and is focused on getting donor's resources into nominated projects. It directs resources into sustainable aid projects which empower communities to live with dignity and hope - removing threats of child labour, poverty and exploitation - and empowering them to live with access to health, education and employment resources in a healthy and secure environment.

Girls Off The streets' is one of their campaigns.

This campaign is about freeing young women from trafficking and slavery in Bangladesh and India. Its about having an impact in the well being of girls who have been rescued from brothels and red light districts through the provision of medical care, trauma counselling, legal support, exercise and art therapy.

This walk aims to raise funds and awareness for the program, so why not consider getting together a group of friends to make a difference?
